Professional Supervision & Mentoring
I offer professional supervision and mentoring both online and in person in Nelson, New Zealand.
Supervision and mentoring services are available for professionals who wish to deepen their skills in developing and facilitating trauma sensitive yoga programs, or in integrating mind-body approaches within clinical practice, occupational therapy, counselling, psychotherapy or other therapeutic contexts.
I currently provide professional supervision for mind-body practitioners at Refugees as Survivors New Zealand (RASNZ) to bring a trauma-informed and trauma-sensitive lens to their work.
In addition to supervision, I also offer speaking and workshop engagements on topics including dissociation, interoception, and embodied approaches to psychotherapy — exploring how we can cultivate safety, presence, and connection through the body in therapeutic practice.
