Psychotherapy doesn’t aim to fix you, as you’re in no way broken. With any kind of stress, overwhelm or trauma, it can feel like your body and mind are disconnected. Perhaps you’re wanting to heal into your wholeness and return to a sense of safety, being & belonging.

I’m Jen - my approach is gentle and intuitive through a trauma-informed, body-based (somatic) approach. I support you to safely re-connect with your inner world to cultivate your own innate wisdom and capacity for healing.

I’m passionate about holistic and mind-body approaches to healing because I know how it feels when trauma lives in the body.

A personalised approach to healing

Our past experiences shape us, and live not only in our minds but in our body and nervous system. I offer a whole-person approach to safely connect with your inner world; including your thoughts, emotions, body sensations and nervous system responses.

I draw on evidence-based models including trauma-informed psychotherapy (The Conversational Model), EMDR (persistent pain and trauma) and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, while guided by intuition. My role is to hold space for you to safely connect with your inner world so that you restore a deeper connection with your sense of self.

Psychotherapy & EMDR

I offer individual psychotherapy sessions to support for anxiety, depression, trauma (PTSD, complex, developmental), persistent pain, chronic fatigue & insomnia. I provide space to listen to conversations in words & sensations of the body and nervous system to create opportunities for growth and personal transformation.

Group Programs

I offer trauma-sensitive yoga group programs incorporating choice-based mindful movement in a safe space to cultivate empowerment, awareness and re-connection.
