Welcome
You’re not broken — and you don’t need fixing.
When we’ve lived through stress, overwhelm, or trauma, it can feel as though the body and mind are disconnected. Parts of you may have gone quiet to help you survive. Healing begins by gently listening to what your body has been holding - and remembering that safety, connection, and aliveness are possible again.
I’m Jen. I offer trauma-informed psychotherapy and trauma-sensitive yoga to support you in coming home to yourself. My approach is intuitive, somatic and relational, grounded in the belief that your body carries its own wisdom and capacity for healing. Together, we create a compassionate, grounded space to notice, feel, and reconnect with your body, your inner wisdom, and your sense of connection to something greater.
My work is shaped by both professional training and my own lived experience of how trauma can live in the body. I know how tender and powerful it can be to return to yourself - not through fixing or striving, but through presence, curiosity, and care.

A personalised approach to healing
Our past experiences shape us, and live not only in our minds but in our body and nervous system. Healing invites us to gently reconnect with all parts of ourselves.
I offer a whole-person approach that supports you to safely explore your inner world - your thoughts, emotions, body sensations and nervous system responses - at your own pace.
Drawing on trauma-informed psychotherapy (The Conversational Model), EMDR for persistent pain and trauma, and Trauma Sensitive Yoga, my work blends evidence-based practice with intuition and a deep respect for the spiritual dimension of being human.
I hold a compassionate, grounded space where you can reconnect with your inner world so that you restore a deeper connection with your sense of self.
